Pytorch record linkage

Data scientist and manager of data science teams. This is my personal page. Here you will find information about me and, from time to time, some blog posts about topics that interest me – tipically about Machine Learning, Statistical Physics, Bayesian Inference, and functional programming or sofware related stuff in general – and a few comments on other topics.
What is PyTorch?¶ It’s a Python-based scientific computing package targeted at two sets of audiences: A replacement for NumPy to use the power of GPUs; a deep learning research platform that provides maximum flexibility and speed A typical skeleton of pytorch neural network has a forward() method, then we compute loss based on outputs of forward pass, and call backward() on that loss to update the gradients. What if my loss is determined externally (e.g. by running simulation in some RL environment).

A Medium publication sharing concepts, ideas, and codes. The new startup, Covariant, from UC Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research shows the robots can do it in the big game (real world).
Ben Levy and Jacob Gildenblat, SagivTech PyTorch is an incredible Deep Learning Python framework. It makes prototyping and debugging deep learning algorithms easier, and has great support for multi gpu training. However, as always with Python, you need to be careful to avoid writing low performing code. This gets especially kamo-naoyuki changed the title Using DistributedDataParallel with modules having no buffers modules cause errors Using DistributedDataParallel with modules having no buffers cause errors Sep 27, 2017 soumith added bug topic: crash high priority labels Sep 27, 2017

Tag: Data Ladder (1) DataLadder outperforms IBM and SAS in Record Linkage - Oct 16, 2014. Data scientists from the Centre for Data Linkage at Curtin U. found that Connecticut-based firm Data Ladder has outperformed several major companies on record linkage.
Ben Levy and Jacob Gildenblat, SagivTech PyTorch is an incredible Deep Learning Python framework. For the C++ API, it is the last release that supports C++11: you should start migrating to Python 3 and building with C++14 to make the future transition from 1.4 to 1.5 easier.
