About Champaign Co Animal Welfare League The Champaign County Animal Welfare League is a newly established non-profit organization. We are here to provide a safe haven for unwanted and abandoned pets. We also are here to preserve and protect all of our furry friends. Every animal at the Champaign County Animal Welfare League will be fully vetted prior to adoption. All Canines are fully vaccinated, including the Rabies and Bivalent Flu Vaccine, HW tested, Spayed/Neutered, treated with flea and heartworm prevention as well as given dental cleanings and extractions if necessary.
